"Sail Away" End of Season Dinner Dance

Tickets for the annual dinner dance are £25 per head.

Please can you pay for your tickets by selecting the online booking link below. Online booking is our preferred method of payment. First add the number of tickets you need and then use the green link to add them to your basket. Go to your basket and continue the checkout process. You will need to pay with a credit or debit card.

Please can you make sure that you have already signed up for a place or places and menu choices on the seating plan that is on the Social notice board in the club foyer. If you haven't done this yet please do so as soon as possible.

Alternative method of payment (These sections below only apply if you are not completing the booking online).

If you are unable to pay online or for some reason do not wish to do this you can also pay at the bar.

To pay at the bar you must identify yourself using your membership card or fob so that the bar staff can charge the cost of your tickets against the balance on your bar account. If your bar account balance is insufficient please top up your account first. You can do this online or by using a debit card.

Once you have paid, don't forget to make sure that you have also signed up on the seating plan in the club foyer.

IF you are paying at the bar, please note: Bar staff have been instructed not to take a debit card payment or cash to pay for your ticket(s) directly. You should top up your bar account first. This is to ensure that we know exactly the names of those who have bought tickets. We prefer that members do not present cash at the bar as this reduces the need for a volunteer to visit a bank to deposit the cash.
