Portchester Sailing Club - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

14.00 hrs on Sunday 20th November 2022

• There is parking on site.
• To gain admittance please bring your membership card.
• Joint members are each entitled to vote.
• Once you are logged into the club website you will be able to find all the AGM papers here.

We are using a paper ballot instead of a show-of-hands, so there is no seating plan - please sit wherever you wish!

Please note, as is the club custom, the bar will be closed during the AGM but will reopen afterwards.

The Mayor of Fareham, Councillor Mr Michael Ford and the Mayoress, Mrs Anne Ford are planning to attend our AGM and will, we hope, be able to join us in the bar afterwards.
