Urgent: Change of plans for the Jubilee Regatta

We had planned to hold a two-day Regatta on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th June with a total of four dinghy races and two cruiser races over the two days. However due to lower expected participation, a shortage of resources/volunteers required to run the event and the long-range weather forecast, we are consolidating to one day of dinghy racing on Friday 3rd May and regrettably cancelling the cruiser racing as we only have one Cruiser on each day indicating participation.
