PSC Member Survey - Including a PRIZE DRAW!*

Dear Valued Club Member

We want to understand what more can be done to improve your experience as a member.

We would really appreciate 5 mins of your time to complete an online survey. This has been designed to give insight as to i) whether members are getting what they want from our club, and ii) are involved to the extent they want to (or can be) in our main activities and facilities.

Your responses will be visible to only a small number of PSC committee members and will be used to identify opportunities where member experience may be improved.
