Gig Naming / Crowdfunding Launch Party.

Our crowdfunding campaign goes live on Sunday 26th July
and kicks off with a launch party
The Mayor of Fareham, will be attending to open the proceedings and officially name our current gig.
Gig rowing has become so popular at Portchester Sailing Club, that to ensure we can get as many people out as possible, we need to buy another one.
The benefits of gig rowing are really becoming apparent, including improving fitness, the chance to row with others, its accessible to all and is an incredibly low cost sport to enjoy.
However, we need to raise £14900 to buy the second Gig, launching trolley and road trailer etc.
The good news is that earlier this year we applied to Sport England for support and they have guaranteed 50% support. They will add £7450 when we have raised the rest. So our target is £7450.

Bar open from 11am - 6pm.
BBQ is being served from 12pm-3pm.
