Where a helm has signed on to race during the season, they will be awarded points. Depending on their performance; their average over the season will include DNS, DNF, but not points award to a series race not entered.
There are many variables in play; we place helms in Average points ascending order (based on minimum of 3 completed races), showing races sailed, non finishes and races completed. The more races a helm sails, the more robust their average.
